Aviators Flying In

We welcome a wide range of GA aircraft flying-in for the weekend. Aviators are welcome to arrive from Thursday, 22 May. All aircraft need to plan for arrival prior to 12 noon Saturday in preparation for the Air Display at 2pm.

Airfield Details:

Arrival/Departure
Our lovely volunteers will assist with parking your aircraft. Your patience will be greatly appreciated.
All aviators will be required to leave the plane park prior to the Air Display and will not be permitted access until the completion of the display. No aircraft will be permitted to leave during this time.

Admission & Camping
Aviators are welcome to camp under the wing of their aircraft.
No power is available and no bookings are required.
A toilet/shower block is located on the tractor pull side of the airfield. Another is located near the hangar on the northern side of the airstrip. There is plenty of hot water but being a little early or late of prime times will avoid a wait.
Port-a-loos will be available across the airfield.

Complimentary entry per aircraft flying in includes admission for one adult and one camp site. Additional passengers will need to pay the exhibitors admission fee of $20 per adult.

Food and Drink
Food and drink stalls will be operating on the northern side of the airstrip around the Feed Barn all weekend and at the tractor pull area adjacent to the airfield on Saturday.

Avgas and Aircraft Needs
Avgas is available from the refuelling shed on the airfield. Any other requirements for weekend that may arise can be discussed with the refuelling volunteers.
Card or cash will be available for payment.
